(CNA) ASE Grouptoday announced that its member,Universal Scientific Industrial(Shanghai) Co. Ltd.(USI),was selected tothe shortlistof SSE 380 Index and CSI 300 Index in the mainland China. 

USI, a member ofASE Group, is in the second placein the shortlist of SSE 380 Index and CSI 300 Index in the mainland China. 

USI was officially listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange on February 20 last year. USI pointed out that it was selected tothe shortlist of SSE 380 Index and CSI 300 Index in less than a year since its listingwhich represented that its market value, turnover in value, growth and capability havebeen highly recognized by China’s Capital Market. 

USI said thatsince its listing, it has fully performed information disclosure according to the standard management requirements of the China Securities Regulatory Commission and Shanghai Stock Exchange for publiccompanies and constantly improves its corporate governance. With frequently enhanced performance, active stock trading, and stably growing market value, the company has become a leading enterprise in A-share electronic parts and components industry. 

USI pointed out that after being selected torelated indexes this time, the attention tothe company will be increasing thatwill improve the shareholding structure of the company. USI will also further perfect the governance structure, promote the combination of the industry and capital and achieve a win-win situation in the product market and capital market.
